Six of the 13 children of Rev. Jesse and Mary (Broughton) Thames. My gg-grandad Charlie is second, and this is the only photograph I have of him.
Greetings, Cousins!
Welcome to all kith and kin. My old websites -- Rebs 'n'Belles, Whistling Dixie, and Yanks 'n Miners -- are no longer available, but in their place I've got something really big planned. I'm working on a new family tree database that will be searchable and dynamic, with photos and documents linked directly to our ancestors in the big Family Tree. Right now I'm working behind the scenes to get everything in working order and putting as many ancestors as I know about into the Family Tree. If you are related and have an old photo or document or family information that you can contribute, please contact me! In the meantime, 'til it's up and running, thanks for your patience.
Your Cousin, Becky Thames-Simmons

Someday I will have time to write a story!
Search for our ancestors on FindAGrave.com, because I've posted a ton of headstone photos there.
I joined the DAR last winter through our ancestor on the Edwards side, Roger Clements.
Now I'm working on our Thames Revolutionary War Ancestor, ggggg-grandfather William Thames.
